How to Activate DJI Care Refresh for the First Time
Depending on which DJI product you purchased, there are two ways it may be activated: manual activation or automatic activation.

Step 1: Locate Your Activation Code
When your order ships, you’ll receive a packing slip labeled “SSHIP-xxxxx.”
This document includes your DJI Care Refresh activation code. Keep it handy for the next step.
Step 2: Visit the Activation Page
Go to the official DJI Care Refresh activation portal:

Step 3: Activate Your Plan
Follow the on-screen instructions. You’ll need to enter both your drone’s serial number and the activation code from your packing slip.
Once complete, your DJI Care Refresh plan will be activated and linked to your product.

Activation Window:
If you're activating DJI Care Refresh manually, you have 48 hours from the time your drone is first activated to complete the binding process. If you missed your activation window, please reach out to customerservice@candrone.com
⚙️ Auto-Activated DJI Care Refresh
Applies to all other DJI Enterprise Products (M400, L3, Matrice 4, etc.)
For these models, DJI Care Refresh activates automatically when the product is bound to your DJI account during initial setup.
No manual entry or activation code is required. Your coverage begins as soon as your product is registered.
🔄️Renewal
DJI care refresh is eligible to renew for up to 3 years in total. To renew your care refresh, your current coverage must still be active. You can check the Care Refresh Status here by searching your product serial number.
Note: You can apply a renewal code at any time before your current coverage expires. The renewed coverage will not begin until your existing plan ends.
