How to submit DJI Repair Application?

Before starting your repair request, make sure you have the following information ready:

• Your DJI account credentials

• The equipment’s serial number and model number

Step 1: Log In and Start the Application

1. Go to the DJI Repair Application page and log in with your DJI account.

2. Enter your equipment serial number, then click Confirm to proceed.

Step 2: Provide Incident Details

1. Describe the issue clearly and in detail. Include what happened, which parts are damaged, and any symptoms or errors you’ve noticed.

2. Attach supporting photos or videos to help DJI assess the situation more accurately.

Step 3: Enter Contact and Shipping Information

1. Fill out the shipping address and contact person details carefully.

2. Once submitted, make sure to save your application number—you’ll need it for future reference or inquiries.

Step 4: Ship Your Equipment

1. After DJI receives and reviews your application, you’ll be sent a shipping label.

2. Use this label to send the damaged equipment or parts to the DJI repair center.

Step 5: Track Your Application

• You can monitor your repair status and shipment progress on your application’s main page.

• To view all your repair requests, visit the Service Progress section in your DJI account.

Step 6: Review the Quotation and Repair Progress

1. Once your equipment has been inspected, DJI will issue a quotation and assessment report.

2. Depending on your Service Plan (SP) coverage, repair fees may or may not apply. You can check your coverage details in Device Info Inquiry page.

3. After payment (if required), DJI will complete the repair and ship your equipment back to you.
