This article outlines the steps on how to activate a DJI Care Refresh plan
Your DJI Care refresh plan must be activated within 48hrs of turning on the drone for the first time.
In order to activate a DJI care refresh plan, you will need the following details:
- Your Equipment serial number (Found under the QR code on most DJI products)
- Your DJI Care refresh code (Included with most enterprise drone packages)
- Email address
Customers will be able to find the S/N and the Care refresh codes in the SSHIP documents sent to them the same time as the invoice.

Follow the onscreen steps to activate by entering the information you have gathered above.
If the care refresh activation window has expired, the customer will get this notification when they try to activate the code:
